    This is the best issue of the series thus far.  Up to this point stories have dealt with either Hal's background with some action thrown in or vice versa, but this is the first that really bites into a heavy story while serving up enough action to keep the senses reeling while the brain is working.  The basic concept is that the aliens from the previous issue have come to Earth to retrieve their two experiments, Hector and the Shark.  Meanwhile Hal is trapped alongside them and is soon set upon ...
