Heed his wishes
This issue is not quite as strong as the lead-in but it is still a very compelling issue. With Parallax freed the Spectre is now his number one target. After some initial posturing the Spectre and Hal Jordan/Parallax come face-to-face. This is where the issue comes off a little weak in the direct confrontation and the words they have for each other, but with the resolution of this (well the Spectre gets freed) things don't thereafter go exactly as the heroes had planned, not to mention they have succeeded in only stopping one Black Lantern and not the whole corps. The issue's strengths are really in the internal struggles of a lot of the people associated, not just here but in smaller plots dealing with other (Lex for instance.) Still keeps the momentum going well for the story arc.
