    As compared to the rest of the series this issue doesn't have as much going for it, but it is still an entertaining issue.  A strange humanoid found near Edwards Air Base leads to some confusion.  In the meanwhile Hal is happy to find himself on Oa and that the new Lantern recruits there nothing of him or his legacy.  As he is summoned back to Earth to investigate the humanoid, he learns he must visit Hector Hammond for answers.  the interplay between these two characters is really what makes th...
