So this is a really good in between issue. Nothing really happens that couldn't been done in a page or two if they weren't restricted by aiming to make this a 6 issue arc. All we get is Sinestro berating Hal and Hal looking like a fool and then a story element is given for the last page. The events in this book are necessary to occur, but they didn't need this 24 pages to be told in.Of course there are sever canonical problems such as Sinestro creating and giving a ring to Hal as well as control...
