    Notes:

    • Letter to the editor by TM Maple.

Five weeks into his one year exile in space, Hal Jordan is ordered to travel to the planet M'Brai. There he finds three indigenous species, each in separate states of evolution, at war with one another. While attempting to stop the most evolutionary advanced race from exterminating the primitives of M'Brai, Hal is captured and learns a startling secret about the people of M'Brai.

TALE OF THE GREEN LANTERN CORPS:

Jeryll is the Green Lantern of the planet Glirell, a peaceful world devoted to non-violence. When she is attacked by an insane citizen she subconsciously reacts with force, using her ring to knock out her attacker. Her actions are viewed with horror by her people, however when her planet is attacked by slavers, Jeryll must decide between honoring her cultures ethics or using her power to repel the invaders.
