    For their 100th issue, Green Lantern discovered a fellow hero in the family, while Green Arrow found new purpose as Oliver Queen. In the first story, introduced Hal to another Hal Jordan, son of the elder Hal's late uncle Larry and successor to the mantle of Air Wave. In the issue's second tale, Green Arrow is urged by the Mayor to run for office after defusing a gang of bombers.

    1. "Rider of the Air Waves" written by Denny O'Neil, penciled by Alex Saviuk, inked by Vince Colletta, colored by Anthony Tollin and lettered by Ben Oda.
    2. "The First 100 Issues" a two page text piece featuring the issue, cover date, creators and titles of the first 100 issues of Green Lantern by Bob Rozakis.
    3. "Beware the Blazing Inferno!" written by Elliot S! Maggin, penciled by Mike Grell, inked by Vince Colletta, colored by Anthony Tollin and lettered by Ben Oda.

    Notes:

    • This issue contains the Hostess Superhero Ad, the Penguin in "The Cuckoo Cuckoos".
    • Larry Jordan cameo flashback appearance.
    • "Beware the Blazing Inferno!" was dedicated to Denny O'Neil and Neal Adams.
    • Arrowline Arrow, Net Arrow (flashback), Two-Point Arrow (unnamed)(fits around the neck), Boxing Glove Arrow, Bolo Arrow and (Small) Two-Pronged Arrow (unnamed) used.
