WARNING THERE WILL BE SPOILERS

So here you can talk about anything Green Arrow, from his solo ongoing to his exploits in JLA to the Arrow TV show heck even share tips on using Ollie in Injustice if you want.

So what does everybody think of Jeff Lemire's run so far? I think it's great that's he's infusing Green Arrow with this Chinese background mythology and is clear he's taking his main influences from Green Arrow Year One and Longbow Hunters, two of my personal favourite GA stories.

What do you guys think of Green Arrow now having a little sister?

Considering he's far too young to have a full-grown son now, that's probably the best we can get right now.

Jeff Lemire's Green Arrown so far in one word? AWESOME! It's made me a big Green Arrow fan! My jaw dropped when I found out Ollie had a sister. Nice twist.

I think Lemire said he won't put a sidekick to Oliver so early.
Also does anyone thinks that Oli feels to young and inexperiensed?
He is GA for 5 years but still he seems to young!

@jonny_anonymous: That could be an interesting idea. I can see her filling the void left by Roy's backstory being drastically changed and by Connor and Mia no longer existing.

Jeff Lemire has done wonders with Green Arrow so far! Hopefully he meets Black Canary soon and get some awesome team-ups

The New 52 depiction of Green Arrow is so far from the Ollie we used to know. I'm totally fine with that as long as Lemire keeps me guessing.

I've always wanted to get into Green Arrow. Just nothing interested me. Except for his son Connor. I've read, stop, read and stop every time I begin an arc of his. Pre-Lemire, I only read Diggle's Year One and that was recently because of Lemire's Green Arrow. What got me able to finally read GA was I knew Sorrentino was joining it from I, Vampire - his art I loved on that. Thanks to him, I was able to read and fortunately I joined at a great time. Green Arrow is taking over my loss of I, Vampire. :D

NOW, NOW!!! Richard f***ing Dragon is joining. I've loved this guy for years. Read almost every appearance he has done even his 70s one with Shiva and Tiger.

S**t just got GOOD!

I loved how Jeff Lemire showed that Green Arrow is a very skilled hand to hand combatant. Something that is often forgotten.

Jumped on Green Arrow as soon as Lemire took over, loved it so far, especially the inclusion of The Outsiders. The only complaints I've had about it is that I wish that The Outsiders had a different name...it doesn't sound as ancient as the group is supposed to be. Other than that, the stories been great!

That I can handle. I just hope he is still among the best martial artists. And he still has a link to Shiva.

Vertigo's been great in the New 52, loving all of the interpretations and especially Komodo.

looks like we'v got a Black Canary for season 2 of Arrow

The Wrap reports that "The Pact" star Caity Lotz has been cast in the recurring role of Black Canary for the second season of the hit CW drama. She's expected to progress to series regular, as the longtime DC Comics heroine will serve as a potential romantic interest for Arrow (played by Stephen Amell).

People are saying that they decided to cast someone else as Canary because of the total lack of chemistry between Olly and Laural and I can totally see that

Ollie already has a nice cast with Fyff and Naomi. I hope neither one of them die.

Yea I hope not, both of them are cool characters. I wonder if Richard Dragon will turn up on TV now that he'll be in the comic and Bronze Tiger will be on TV as well

Dragon and Tiger are like bread and butter so it would be nice if they both show up on the shows.

As far as comics goes. I hate what they did to Ben. Making him a damn were tiger and barefooted lmao. Hopefully Dragon becomes an anti-hero and not just some gang member

While Oliver is off dealing with Komodo, The Outsiders, and plenty of island drama, Richard Dragon is taking advantage of having an Archer-less Seattle by quickly asserting himself as the city’s most evil mastermind. Imagine the surprise, then, that Oliver will face when his story returns him to Seattle in 2014 to find a full-out gang war going on!

I hope he becomes a anti hero or Ollie convinces him to be good.

Well Lemire says that Dragon basically wipes out all the gangs and takes over the whole city for himself

I haven't been reading the new creative teams GA run, but it sounds good enough to collect later.

I am inclined to believe that the man dying before Ollie cries "It should have been me..." is Ted Kord. The actor is unrecognizable and there was a hint of blue in his jacket/costume. However, I am most likely incorrect.

You think they'll portray the Diggle character like they did on the show? Or will they move away from the body-guard ex-GI guy?

What would you guys prefer?

I'd prefer they move away from the bodyguard approach because it doesn't really fit in with the current Green arrow series.

An agent of ARGUS maybe? To keep an eye on Olly?
