This was a good and solid ending to a great series. That being said, the ending was a bit of a drop off from the last few issues. I dont know why either. I guess maybe the first two issues build up so much that I wanted something spectacular. Instead, and I am going to change my mind in mid review, what we got was a very down to Earth realistic ending. Okay, I talked myself into it, it worked just fine and dandy.
So the series is three for three. While it does not get the respect Year One by Frank Miller does, this is a book that deserves its prestige also.
