Plot Summary
Overview
Ollie returns (despite him not realizing he was gone) to bust up a fat cat politician that was about to have relations with a 15 year old prostitute (Mia Dearden aka The To Be Speedy). Ollie saves the evening, Mia gets back at her pimp that took her in, and Batman is left in the last panel wondering who could have made the bust on the corrupt politician.
