As much as I love Green Arrow (he is one of my favorite characters) I didn't really like this issue. We had a pretty much pointless visit by Phantom Stranger. While it was action-packed, it didn't really feel like anything (substantial) happened, but it did leave me in anticipation of what was going to happen. In this issue, Green Arrow is forced to deal with random things happening in his new magical forest. Again. Still. Seemingly forever?  It is hard to talk about this issue without simply rehashing critiques already made of this series. This issue in particular is really nothing but a prolonged action scene that continues from last issue and will presumably end next issue.
