Brick is now defending "The Glades", the part of the city that has been sectioned off by a giant wall. Deathstroke surrenders to Green Arrow, and he is arrested. Ollie is upset that he gave himself up so easily, and is sure Deathstroke is planning something. Tuckman says how he believes Ollie isn't just a millionaire but a billionaire, and he made money off the "Gun Run Stock Market Crash". Green Arrow gives Brick a hand in The Glades, where there are rabid guys attacking.
