A bad ending for a series and story arc

      Cover

I liked the art for this issue and was excited to read this issue because I knew it would be the last one to see this version of Green Arrow. One thing I was not excited to see on the cover was the mechs. So far I have not really liked the mechs story but I was hoping maybe this issue would change my mind about the story arc.

    Story

Green Arrow defeats the mechs and save some senators in the process.

    Best Part

I liked this story arc has ended. I thought this story arc was kind of boring. It was the first story arc out of the forest and I thought it should have been better. The only thing I liked in this issue was that Green Arrow has a little bit of a better relationship with the detectives of star city after helping them out.

    Worst Part

Like I said for the best part this story arc has been a little boring. I felt like this issue should have been more about of how much Green Arrow has accomplished and maybe bring Mia Dearden, Black Canary, or Roy Harper in the issue. But this was just an end of a really bad story arc.

    Art

I liked the art for this series especially the action scenes. The reason I bought this series was for the art. It was previewing in every Dc comic and the art was really good with action scenes and I decided to pick up the series. I think the trick arrows are nice to see in the art also.

    Pick it up or not

    Do not pick it up!!

Add "Green Arrow" #15 to the list of DC titles that are just treading water until the relaunch hits. This book wraps up the Reverend Billy Miggs arc with one drawn out action sequence that pretty much runs cover to cover. It's an issue that tries to present a large scale final showdown in Washington D.C. but it comes across as flat and uninspired.  There's just nothing particularly appealing about James Patrick's finale. The story plods from one action sequence to another, never drawing you in ...
