      Cover I was not a big fan of this cover because the main villain of this story arc is a corrupted religious leader. Yes there are “Mega Mechs” but not a lot of them. Also the art for the cover is worse than the art in the issue and that rarely happens. Story Green Arrow is up against a religious leader who has a big following and will kill anyone in their way.     Review of Green Arrow #14.  The Story: Ollie goes after a buyer of one of the mech suits and Batman drops by to help GA.  The Good: I really liked the talk between Ollie and Bats about the cult and how Ollie shouldn't generalize of being crazy because they are a people with beliefs and a sense of self-worth but Ollie counters with nine people just set themselves on fire so he doesn't really care what Batman thinks about it.     Green Arrow is winding down to the upcoming September relaunch but not before finishing up Oliver's hunt for a maniacal cult leader known as Reverend Miggs. This issue slows the pace just a tad but does an adequate job setting up next issue's conclusion.  Writer James Patrick starts the story off with a bang but refrains from making this a wall-to-wall action book.
