    Apparently there's a writer discrepancy on this issue since both Ann and Judd are credited for being writers (Ann being listed as the writer on the cover and Judd being credited on the creative team's panel inside the comic) Ann Nocenti has proven that she's horrible at everything and Green Arrow #0 is continuing her awful approach towards a good comic, but if the writer is Judd then I am severely unimpressed because his work is usually FANTASTIC (His Jason Todd Returns and Under the Red Hood se...

    Green Arrow's got a fairly nice Zero Issue cover, Ivan Reis draws perhaps the best version of the new Green Arrow. Plus I like the blur effect on the arrows, and the sheen on all the armor.Freddie Williams II's interior art is really not what I had expected from it. I've seen him do art drastically different on three different series', and this one doesn't seem to totally match any of those.     I was dreading this issue. Until issue 7, Green Arrow was one of the strongest and most consistently good titles in the new 52, but then when the new creative team popped up, the result was nothing short of heartbreaking. However, this issue was a welcome breath of fresh air.We start with 19 year old Ollie having a party on one of his fathers Oil Rigs.
