Hey,im new user,this is my first topic and lately my favorite thing is comics,Batman comics

But im with one doubt, im reading the start of the new 52 now,The court of owls saga and besides Gotham didnt show up too much,i dont get a couple of things from his architecture,locations,most because i did not find any answer at the first issues,like Batman nº 1 and 2.

So my question are -

1)Is Arkham Asylum located on a island like we used to see on most of Batman stories? And Wayne Manor is beyond the limits of the city or not?

2)Wayne Tower is at the center of the city?or there is a indication that he is close from others places of Gotham?

3)The Crime Alley is located at what place of the city?And the theather where Wayne fathers get from before they get shoot,they are close to each other?

i appreciate if most of my question get a answer and i known they look like noob question to you guys,but like i say i did not find any answer at the first issues,like Batman nº 1 and 2. So,if you guys can help,that would be awesome :).
