Potential is a completely subjective term. Gohan has to train to unlock his potential, where as Broly gains strength naturally. Changelling may have the most "potential" or "power" in their respective universe but that does not go for all universes. Also, the Saiyans were really at the bottom in terms of power - Only two (or 3 if you consider Broly canon) of the original Saiyans actually noticeably powerful - Although most of them were city busters at the very least.

Having been a rabid fan of the series, I would say that, at the very end of Grand Tour (DBGT), Goku's strength may have been heightened ABOVE his Super Saiyan 4 level. Remember when he absorbed the Dragonballs? Perhaps he also absorbed the POWER of the Dragonballs -- not only able to call upon their talents, but also to grant wishes (albeit without the removal or departure of the Dragonballs from his body), and increase his own power levels beyond Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta's. Correct, SSJ4 Gogeta's. It could very well be the answer to how Goku supposedly reached a newer transformation (SSJ5)? I'm perplexed on that, and would like to see proof. If anyone has it, that is. On another note, absorbing the Dragonballs would precisely make him immortal, as he had survived past Pan's grandmotherly age (100+?), as Shenron was Eternal. The additional energy provided by the Dragonballs to Goku's original Enhanced Super Saiyan 4 form (as he was much more powerful having utilized the SSJ4 form many a time -- which makes it easier for it to be accessed again), technically would place him past Shenron's magnitude.
 
So, my answer would be: somewhere, roughly, around 1,000,000 (give or take) metric tonnes. Granted, because we don't know the real power level of Goku after absorbing the Dragonballs, nor do any of us know exactly how to calculate that in terms of physicality, mentality, and further... there's no possible way of discerning his level of strength. Mine was based on observation and theories.
