    Earth-7484

The man known as Godwulf was an agent of the Nth Command, an offshoot of the Brand Corporation. He and other commandoes carried out Operation: Purge, wiping out the Avengers, Fantastic Four, and X-Men. This allowed Brand and its parent company Roxxon to launch a hostile takeover of America. Godwulf soon came to regret his actions and the devastating cost to the world. So he formed the Redeemers, a team of ex-mercenaries like themselves and sought to undo what had been done.

Hellinger, seeking to take over the world after having brought about the downfall of his brother Simon Ryker, considered Godwulf's mysterious agenda and powers the greatest threat to his rule, and sought to use Deathlok, as a weapon against Godwulf.

Godwulf encountered Luther Manning, the first Deathlok in the ruined subway tunnels of the post-apocalyptic New York city, and used a time machine to send him back in time away from Hellinger. He had only intended to do so briefly, but in the present of Earth-616, Fixer and Mentallo had happened upon Doctor Doom's Time Platform, and used it to summon Deathlok, trapping him in the past.

Godwulf would later send a clone of Luther Manning back in time to recover the original Manning/Deathlok. Deathlok would indeed return, after his clone died removing his brainwashing. Godwulf also accidentally transported Captain America into the future alongside Deathlok, much to his amazement. Godwulf explained his history and agenda to Deathlok and Cap, and recruited them to his cause in putting an end to Hellinger's plans.

Godwulf, the Redeemers, Deathlok, and Captain America launched a full-on assault of Hellinger's base, but found themselves trapped within a high-tech labyrinth. The labryth's traps would slowly pick off the Redeemers, including finally Godwulf, allowing Deathlok and Cap to find and defeat Hellinger. The Redeemers were freed and Godwulf recruited Deathlok to the Redeemers to help rebuild their broken world. Godwulf then returned Captain America to his own time.

However, the power vacuum left by the death of Hellinger caused foreign powers to attack America. Godwulf, believing there to be no other way, lead Deathlok and the Redeemers on a suicide mission to stop them. Godwulf and Deathlok survived, but the rest of the Redeemers perished, and Deathlok lost faith in Godwulf and the CIA, abandoning the cause and becoming known only as the Demolisher.

Godwulf would later encounter Timestream, and the two became bitter enemies. Godwulf was conscripted by the Time Variance Authority to protect the 616 timeline he had established by preventing Operation: Purge. Godwulf would recruit the Earth-616 Deathlok, Michael Collins and his partner, the cyborg Siege to oppose Timestream's agents, the Demolisher from Godwulf's timeline, and the Luther Manning from the 616 timeline, who Timestream had transformed into another Deathlok.

Godwulf, traveled with Collins and Siege into the past of their timeline (616). They first prevented Timestream's attempted assassination of the Luther Manning Clone who had revived the Deathlok cyborg in the past, and then Timestream's plan to replace the Deathlok of Earth-7484 with the Luther Manning of Earth-616, who he had transformed into a Deathlok duplicate.

Timestream then cast the three of them into liminal space between timelines, but Justice Peace helped them reuinite and then journey to attack Timestream. They found Timestream attempting to kill himself before he got his powers; if he succeeded this would cause a paradox that would reset the timeline.

Godwulf and the other heroes managed to hold off Timestream until Collins defeated him with the Nth Projector. This destroyed Timestream, and gave his younger self powers, ensuring that Timestream's history was a stable loop. Justice Peace was then able to return Godwulf to his own timeline.
