Gloria Anderson was a member of the Orbiting Stations Senate during the war against the Earth (se Guerra delle stazioni orbitanti story arc). A strong and determined woman, after the death of former president Ada Morgan, Anderson was elected as the first president of the new independent confederation, and, in the aftermath of the war, she was one of the main proponents of the process of detente between the orbiting stations and the Earth. She became a close ally of President Abraham of the United Nations, and at the beginning of the invasion of the Earth by the Martian Pretorians (seethe Guerra dei mondi story arc), she rejected the threats of the Pretorian leader Kos Aradan I and sided with the Earth, her former enemy.
