    Today Zap2it announced that Greg Finley will be playing Girder in the upcoming CW show The Flash. Finley will appear as Tony Woodward in episodes 6 and 7 of the first season. Because of a S.T.A.R. Labs explosion, i the opening of the series, Tony finds he has the ability to transform his skin into living metal.

    Because of his meta-human abilities, Tony goes on a crime spree and finds himself face-to-face with The Flash. In addition, it was revealed that when Tony was a bully, as a kid, and used to torment Barry.

    The Flash speeds onto the CW on Tuesday, October 7th at 8pm ET/PT

    looks like they aren't skimping on non-vfx heavy powered visions, curious to see how the budget holds up on that front.

    I think they're going with the non-powered version of Plastique too.

    never heard of girder but happy cw continues to keep using their actors even after shows are canceled so at least i get see them if not the characters

    I realize now I was confusing Girder with Shrapnel. But Girder is also a character who is physically large, isn't he?
