G.I. Joe: Origins #1, Knowing Is Half The Battle!

Perfect time to start reading. See everything from the beginning.

I'm just not sure how much of the history will change or be re-written. Like that 'mysterious' dude. We can assume it's someone that's been around and not a brand new character. There was also this other crazy dude in the comic. I'm thinking maybe he was Cobra but if so, his 'origin' is pretty different.

But Larry Hama is involved. I'm still not 100% sure if they are starting over. I guess they must be. The first encounter with Scarlett and Snake Eyes is different.

Maybe its an attempt to make the Joe's younger? Like original Snake Eyes was in Vietnam. That would make him kinda old now. Same with Striker I think his name was. Perhaps their trying to de-age the old timers lol
