The G.I.Joe team fights a bizarre new enemy that threatens to mutate the world's population.  Toss out what you know about Cobra, in this movie we are introduced to Cobra-La, an ancient race that gave birth to Cobra Commander who was to lead a great army and over through man kind.  Not to be outdone the G.I.Joe team also introduces six new characters to help them battle against Cobra-La and its ruler Golobulus.  Wherever there's trouble G.I.Joe is there.
