He Shoots Fire From His Eyes
This has been my favorite issue so far. The tone is still quite somber and the art still awe-inspiring. The only difference is this issue does a great job of building up suspense and the action while still Garth's trademark brutality finally contains some of that righteous context it deserves, instead of just watching main antagonist, Reagan, and his band going around committing atrocity after atrocity. While the first issue is all about Travis, and the second issue seemed to focus more on introducing Reagan, this issue finally sets the hunt in motion, as Travis tries to track down Reagan. Ghost Rider makes a most memorable appearance, but I am still unsure as to what the connection is to Travis, Caleb, and the others. It will probably be explained in good time, and frankly, I'm enjoying the ride.
