Fun, but not a good place to jump in.

As someone who's only been reading Ghost Rider comics for about a year now [mainly the previous volume] I've thoroughly enjoyed this series even though Alejandra hasn't sold herself as being a worthy Ghost Rider. The issue brings Johnny Blaze back into the story and the interaction between him an Hawkeye is amusing and easily the highlight of the issue. Other than that someone who picks up the book without at least reading the first 2 or 3 issues of this series is going to be confused and have little to no idea what's going on.

    What's good

    -The art work

-Blaze being reintroduced into the story, and his interaction with Hawkeye

    What's not.

-Not a good jumping point, new readers will be very confused without either reading the previous issues or doing some Googling.

-Little story development, the fight scenes are decent [but brief] but there is no advancement in the main plot. On top of that the ending was a cliff hanger and will continue on in the next issue, meaning more time taken away from the main story.

Not the best, but overall a good issue to one of my favorite Marvel series.
