    I have found 2 issues (actully 1 and 1/2) unpublished issues of Ghost Rider 2099. If I recall this artest/ writter were hired by Marvel and did 2 books but were dropped before the books went to print  and Marvel scrapped the direction of the book  that they were going in and foward in a new direction (as we know it now) I printed the books off the net the writter was Scott Andrews, and the art was by Salgood Sam, The next book was written by Warren Ellis, and art by Salgood Sam.
