Although I turned my back on Star Wars a long time ago the buy out irks me for the following reasons:
40 years of Star Wars fiction has been written post Return of the Jedi. What becomes of that?
Nothing is wrong with Disney but why should we celebrate one of the biggest companies in the world (which occasionally makes poor choices like: trying to kill video stores, applying a premium to their content, etc.) becoming a lot bigger?
LucusArts has gone from a private company to a publicly traded company and publicly traded companies have stock holders. Sometimes the movies that Disney co. make are works of art sometimes they're cash grabs. Is Star Wars made better by cash grabs?
make a trilogy about the yuzhon vong (mightve spelled that wrong) since it takes like 25 or so years after the event of the original trilogy and the original from since then have aged about 25 years or so already. plus you cant go wrong with a badass enemy like the vong.

You never know, they have said two Trilogy's are already lined up.
With the Disney marketing team behind it, can we FINALLY put some money into developing a real working light saber already? Geez I've been waiting nearly 30 years for one! GET ON IT MOUSE!!!
