Generation X's characters were always so interesting for me, moreso for their flaws, and I'd like to see a ... well, frankly, better movie made with them.

I'm not particularly attached to Kea Wong as Jubilee, but I couldn't find anyone else. So, she'll do. ;)

I agree with all of those! But, for Jubilee, what about the girl that played Magenta in SKy High? She strikes me as a Jubilee.

I never saw that movie. does a quick search Oh, yeah! Good choice. From what I see of movie stills, she seems Jubilee-ish indeed. ;)

That's her name! Yeah, she seems like a good Jubilee. Are there any other Generation X people? I thought the Banshee, Chamber, and Husk choices were spot on.

The New X-Men...? Wasn't Emma Frost a.k.a. the White Queen in that after Generation X ended? I can't keep track of all those X-Men teams.

She was the head master of Xavier's, yeah. She also led the Hellions, but I geuss that's after it. I don't know who else we would need to find someone for in Generation X.

Well, her first batch of students were the original Hellions. Some time after that, she led a good-guy squad, Hellion Squad. Something like that.

As for Generation X, Mondo was a member for a little while, but they screwed with his backstory so much and I knew I was going to have a hell of a time finding a chubby Samoan actor, so I let it go, lol. The rest of Generation X's "members" were kids who were actually more like wards for the headmasters to take care of as they learned more about their mutant powers. Generation X looked after Franklin Richards after FF4 died, too, I believe. And Vincente was only a member in an alternate reality.

If you wanted to add to the movie cast from other young mutant squads, go ahead, but Generation X was the only one I read during the 90s and I don't know anything about the young mutants of the 2000s. ;)

Samoan? As in like Polynesian like? Well, Gabriel Iglesias isn't Polynesian, but....nah, actually he doesn't. If we could include like Wolf Cub and Pixie and stuff...that would be awesome. Pixie maybe would be Hayden Penetierre?

I liked all of your picks except for Penance as Penance is M.And I think there are better choices for Skin.

Penance hasn't been "the real Monet" for a lonnnng time. Not to mention it'd be weird to have the same actress playing two different parts and Penance originally didn't look anything like Monet. Hmm.

I think Sean Bean, Lee Thompson, Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Alexis Dziena are absolutely perfect for those roles.

Jubilee is a tough one... And I'd like to see Michelle Pfeiffer play the White Queen, no one does ice-queen quite like Michelle.

For M, I would suggest Algerian actress Leila Bekhti maybe.....

I just noticed the last post here was 109 days ago. Gen X deserves a better attempt than that awful made-for-TV thing they made.

No, no, no, Elisha Cuthbert should be Emma Frost. I understand where you're going with the whole casting her as Husk bit, but she'd be the perfect White Queen. I've seen her play cold-hearted, and she does it well.
I read this casting list somewhere and I totally agree with having Alona Tal as Husk. She's got the right look, what can I say?
Rhys-meyers as Chamber wouldn't work, in my opinion, Chamber isn't that...pretty! I'll go with Aidan Turner for this one.
Otherwise, it all looks good!
