Gen 13 is a super group consisting of teens, initially led by their mentor John Lynch from the Wildstorm Universe (now place in the DC Multiverse on Earth-50). They are the thirteenth generation of gen-active (superhuman) humans that are "created" by a government operation called International Operations through their Project
