Is DC really missing out on a good relaunch by avoiding doing a Gen13 book?

It seems like it could be a really easy story. Gen 13 being created by N.O.W.H.E.R.E. and escaping (Rainmaker being the only member to successfully escape N.O.W.H.E.R.E.--hence why she is in the Movement). This is somewhat reminiscent of their original formation. It seems like Ravagers/Culling has scared DC away from N.O.W.H.E.R.E.-based storylines, which leaves Caitlin and Grunge in limbo....

Relaunch again? After maybe two years? Umm...pardon?

Yes, They should re-launch this title with the Teen Titans from the cartoon Beast Boy, Raven and Starfire.

I believe a re-launch of the series would do it justice. I don't care if its live-action film, a cartoon with Warner Brothers, a short for DC Nation- anything. It's a series with potential.

Six years too late, but yes. Gen13 really needs a reboot and yet DC continues to do nothing with them.
