Gary Dante Leigh was born in Cebu in Phillipines. He has the ability to control the minds of all K9 creatures. By using this ability he commands his army of "Stubbies" Edit
The "Stubbies" were all cloned from the genes of a single Ridgeback K9. By using this army he helps free others from the pound and constriction of homes. He was basically sent by "Bertista" the god of K9s. He was given the ability to control their minds in order to free them from the humans.
Gary soon drifted from his main goal of freeing the dogs and instead used his powers for personal gain, using his dogs to win pet contests and get movie contracts.
