A cybernetically enhanced member of the Six Pack. Edit
Kane was a member of the Six Pack. An ordinary man at the time, and also the youngest man, he still had capable abilites on the battlefield. However, Kane's powers really arose after Cable's clone ambushed them during a mission. Losing all four limbs, Kane signed up with the Weapon X program alongside Wade Wilson (later Deadpool), and was granted 4 cybernetic limbs that were grafted onto his body. Kane believed Styfe to be Cable, and assembled and lead a team called Weapon P.R.I.M.E. to seek out and neutralize Cable and the X-Force. After being defeated by X-Force, Kane learns that Cable was in fact not behind the attack on them, and forgives him. He was then transported to Cable's timeline in the future, where his arms were turned into liquid metal, and upgraded weapons of that time period were added to his impressive arsenal.
Following this, Kane was sent back to his own timeline, where he became Weapon X's hitman (going by the same name as the organization for a time) and was able to harness powers from any of his teammates thanks to his upgrades. During this time he apparently went insane. Cable shut down his mind in the middle of a battle with the Undergrounds, which brought his mind back to its normal state. He then absorbed the powers of Madison Jeffries, and then all of the technology of Weapon X, which apparently killed him.
Powers
Kane has many abilities stemming from his cybernetic restructurization. They can be detached at the shoulder, or instead fire his hand in projectile form, and maintain control as it is separated from his body. They can also fire plasma, wire-guided tasers and release a retractable energy shield. For camouflage purposes, the arms (which normally appear in metallic form) can transform into a synthetic-organic material to appear human.
Most recently, Kane gained the ability to duplicate the powers and abilities of any Weapon X member, when Weapon X upgraded his cybernetic material.
