    Ganglia was selected by Ubiquitor to assist her in destroying universes. It's purpose is to infect and exterminate.

    Ganglia was able to infect Main Frame, the computer system formerly known as the Vision. When the Galactic Guardians investigated the problem, Ganglia infected Replica and nearly killed her. He nearly killed Martinex as well, but was repelled by the Spirit of Vengeance.

    In the final battle between Ubiquitor and the Guardians, the Spirit of Vengeance allowed Ganglia to try to infect him. Once he did, the Spirit was able to trap him in Kauri (Hell) for all time infecting the tortured souls of sinners.
