I think Taylor Kitsch was a good Gambit. Despite the bad movies he was in he did play a god Remy.

He's pretty, but also a great actor. Check him out in Transamerica, for instance.

Someone who can pull of a cajun accent, is good looking and a good actor.

i heard Hugh Jackman was supose to play Gambit when that other actor who was the first choice to play Logan was atacthed to the film.

Shane West  was born in 1978 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He began to pursue an acting career at the age of fifteen, gaining bit parts on various television shows, but it was not until 1999 when West appeared in ABC's Once and Again that he got his major breakthrough.   He played Tom Sawyer in The League of Extaordinary Gentlemen .
