Galactus has the power to eat up earth and the solar system, NOONE can stop him, so why doesn't he just do it and why doesn't he just kill off all the characters of Marvel universe, he would have a jolly time!!!

It won't happen as Galactus will be sick and have constant diarrhoea because of all the supposed immortal beings on Earth not being happy they have to set up shop in the intestines of Galactus.

Because if Galactus ate Marvel no more majority of most comics. It's like saying why dont the good guys finally just kill all the bad guys once and for all have Dr. Strange wish they can't come back to life or like Batman's neverending war against evil
