He was born with the Goblin formula in his system. So he was born with superhuman powers. Shouldn't that classify him as a mutant?

He has no X-gene, therefor he is not homo-superior by Marvel standards.

Sunfire was born with powers because his mom was hit by radiation from the atomic bomb when she was pregnant with him, and he's still considered a mutant.

yeah but in sunfires case i believe there using the old " children of the atom" thing saying that the radiation altered a gene into the xgene , grey goblin is a tough call since he still wouldnt have an x gene hes basicly an advanced human hes basicly just like the green but born withit so i would say he satys in same class hes just very rare.

both sunfire and beast x gene's were activated due to the radiation. grey goblin does not have the x gene. u cannot be a mutant without it
