    The Joes are slowly, but surely, regaining control of their headquarters after Cobra took it over! The GoodG.I. Joes vs. Cobra, who doesn't love a good old fight between these two? The best part about this issue was the non-stop action. There was plenty of action throughout the entire issue and it never felt like it was too much or over used. Part of the credit goes to writer Larry Hama and the other half goes to artist S. L. Gallant. Gallant did a terrific job with the art as it was enjoyable a...
