Chip the talking chimp/ape takes his friend Al, the talking toad who used to be a man, to the vet after he passes out at a bar. Chip then fights with a bank robber know as "The Exhibitionist. As it turns out, the robber has a rather large cod piece and weapon. After a short fight, Chip returns to his friend and their drinking ways.
