Robot created by Ultratech to be the deadliest piece of military machinery ever made. The prototype was entered into the Killer Instinct tournament as a demonstration to world governments. Mass production hinged on it's performance. Appears in the KI video games and comic books

The Fulgore X150 was created y Ultratech to be the first artificial soldier. They also planned to produce millions of them and make billions in profit. They tested the robots in the Killer Instinct tournament.

Later, a cheaper model was created by the Chairman, one that contained a human that they could control remotely. The first such Fulgore on this biological platform was the winner of the previous tournament Black Eagle. He was rescued by his brother Chief Thunder.
