    Friday the 13th Part 2 was rushed into production. After the first film in the series proved viable filming began for the sequel. Debuting less than a year after the first film Friday the 13th Part 2 refines the formula that we'll see play out over and over throughout the series (mainly by making Jason the killer).  I've always thought the main female characters in Friday movies are well done and Ginny is a great example (others being Alice, Tina, and Rowan). I think she's pretty smart character...

      With Friday the 13th as a huge success, fans were going crazy for the sequel when they realized that they were making a new one that had Jason as the killer. But unlike the first one and the other ones that had Jason as an indestructable zombie, after seeing the movie, many fans found themselves upset.
