As part of the Brotherhood of Dada, Frenzy helps the group steal the Painting That Ate Paris. He joins the group in setting up the painting in Paris, and sucking the entirety of the city into it, themselves included. Inside the painting, he attacks the newly-arrived Doom Patrol, separating the three members to make them easier to defeat. Later, he helps the Brotherhood and the Doom Patrol defeat the Fifth Horseman of the Apocalypse. He, like the other members of the Brotherhood, elects to remain within the painting.

    Powers and Abilities

Frenzy has the ability to transform himself into a cyclone, which he can direct as he wishes. Despite this, he generally avoids fighting.
