Images disappearing when merged

Looks like this is a bug, when characters are merged one of the galleries is getting red X'd. Is there a way this can be fixed or for the pictures to be manually put back on there so they don't get lost?

Red L.A.M.P. or Cascader would have the definitive question. As it stands now, you have to manually re-enter the images. I did do the Frenzy merge last night. I got rid of the Cargil page since she was going by Frenzy again in the X-Men annual. I took the two images there and added them to Frenzy's gallery. After I read this, I just deleted the gallery with the x's.
