Stupid! Kid Buu and Cell were both creations made by Dr Gero and Bibidi, they were not even born with their power they had to be created to be as powerful as they were

I like dragon ball Z but both of those bad guys all fall under "anoying villians." Even when they die they come back. At least Frieza stayed dead but still not much better since he came back as a cyborg. Still they are supose to be supremely powerful but still are defeated several times. Other bad guys that fall under anoying are Apocalypse of X-men, Nuraku of Inuyasha, Brainiac of Superman, and there is almost one for every show.
