The Freedom fighters are a team that were made to fight Dr. Robotnik. Edit
The Freedom fighter spent there early years fighting for there own freedom from Dr. Robotnik. If fear of being Robotisized they fleed into the Forest and formed hide outs there constantly going in to strike. Sally was the leader of this team however Sonic was the driving force. Without Sonic and his speed this team would not have survived long at all.
