Review: Captian America / Thor: The Mighty Fighting Avengers 1
It was free comic book day and Captian America and Thor have become soem of my favorite characters in the Marvel Universe. Did this issue make newcomers want to run out and get a Captian America or Thor comic? I would say no.
THE GOOD:
This issue is okay. Nothing spectacular but it was definitly free. I think this comic would also be very good for young kids wanting to get into comics featuring these characters. The art was okay, and the writing was okay.
THE BAD:
I felt that this issues story was... really not something that would make me want to go get a Captian America or Thor comic. Captain America finds a cup and same with Thor and they teleport to medevil times and fight Loki who has been causing some trouble. It was not something that you would remember or even really like. If you love these characters, you would be better off geting something else.
THE VERDITC: 3/5 (Okay)
This issue was nothing great. The story was forgetable, the art wasn't super great. If you comic shop had a limit of the ammount of Comics you could get free. I would definitly choose some other books before this one. If your a younger kid and want to get into these characters, then you would want to consider this. (Sorry, I just didn't like this comic.)
