I've gotten' this on Free comic book day sometime around May. So yeah, it was for free =D.
Peter is about to hand home for Aunt Mays' birthday when a new villian (Overdrive) pop's up, with a sweet ride, and starts trouble in the city. It's up to Spiderman to save the day, despite that people still hates him. Whats funny is that Overdrive is nothing more than a criminal wannabe who's actually a hardcore Spiderman fan. Jackpot, a new heroine, shows up and saves a civilian during the scermish, and the ending to this car cash has a satisfying twist. An Amazing Spiderman #544 preview - One More Day, is also shown here as Peter and Iron Man duke it out. This is one for the fans and all ages.
