    The Revolution Begins

Jeff Lemire has already taken this book to great highs by fighting a whole planet filled with monsters. Now that we have gotten off of that extreme plot, we can now see a little more of S.H.A.D.E. and Frankenstein and his commandos.

    THE GOOD:
I really like the art for this series. It's suppose to be dark and twisted and the art gives to that aspect of the story. It's very sketchy and I think that is one of the reasons it works so well. The writing is what makes Frankenstein a great series and I think that this is by far the best issue of the series. We get to see a bit of Frankie in the older times. We get to see him visit and old friend. We also get to see the next big thing coming to Frankenstein. I also really liked how the crossover wasn't a throw away issue. I also really like how the mention other characters of the DCU.

    THE BAD:
I would've liked to see more of Colonel Quantum and Frankenstein in action. I think that whole plot aspect could have gone on longer.

    THE VERDICT: 5/5 (Perfect)
I'm loving Frankenstein and I hope other people are too. The characters are so cool and I think that the upcoming things in the book are going to make it even more cool. I really like seeing the characters in action and how the plots are always huge and don't just a tiny villain. I also like how they are incorporating history in the history of the character. If you want something different and cool to read, this is your series because it's great.

We don't need those buffoons 0

The series here goes off in a couple of weird directions, but as this is a weird title it makes it work.  The first is the majority of the field team deployed and wrapping up some business from the 1970s as they are sent in "Apocalypse Now/Heart of Darkness" style to kill a former ally that has kind of gone rogue.  Of course it doesn't hold as much power as the movie or book but is still an interesting take on the story.  The other half of the story deals with the beginning of trouble within the...

The (Mercy) Killing of Dr. Manhattan 0

This cover is lying to you. This is technically a spoiler, but its the good kind. Don't do into this issue expecting a big fight with a red giant. It doesn't happen. I would've been fine with it not happening if it hadn't been teased to me by the cover. The artwork is what anyone 5 issues in has come to expect. You like it or you don't. I like it. It's very stylized and some people mistake that for genuine low quality. I'll accept people not liking it, but I don't accept that it's 'bad.' I don't ...
