Abigail had set up Magneto and Illyana with something that would sent alerts to them BEFORE they got picked up by SHIELD. So Scotts team could always be one step ahead of possible capture attempts. Erik asked her why she was doing this and Abigail replied:
Brand - "why did you think I always went to Scotts extinction team? We need people willing to do whatever it takes to make sure there's a world for our kids...and that's STILL you guys." (sorry no scan, but its in AvX: consequences)
Erik - "kids? does Beast know you're so broody?"
Brand - "No, and i'll come for you myself if you say anything"
"Broody" in this case likely meaning wanting to or thinking about procreating. So its most likely not that she is pregnant, but that she either wouldn't mind or is thinking about actively trying. But Consequences was the last time I read anything with Brand in it, so im not sure if anything else has come up since then.
