@dianaxkal: Lord Superman just trashed Wonder Woman twice in a row in Justice League Beyond, he's incomparably stronger in Injustice, he's obviously the strongest/protective half of his relationship with Wonder Woman and was recently deemed the only being on earth capable of defeating Doomsday.

Could an NFL LB knock out Ronda Rousey? Yes, but if Ronda Rousey evades his hits and gets that opening shot, she could and should be able to knock him out.

because the way people ask. they say things like "Who is stronger" well superman is, he is literally stronger than her as in he can lift more and punch harder. they never ask "who is a better fighter/ more skilled over all" so that's probably where the answers differ.
in the sacrafice arc didn't she admit he was more powerful, and the only thing keeping her alive was her skill? or am I mistaken? Same way when it came down to it superman took on doomsday, and superman stood up to the nuclear blast to protect her with his cape?

There are quite a few issues to address about Wonder Woman than focusing on her strength level, particularly, her relation with Dr. Psycho.

I agree with this. I've always viewed it as - Superman has the raw power but Wonder Woman has the mind of a warrior which could/would/should give her an edge. I like to think they're evenly matched.
The truth is that Supermans strength will mean nothing in a fight against Diana, except that he can hurt her. People like Frozen and Saren like to downplay her skill, but thats just because they are biased towards Superman. In a fight, skill does mean everything. Arnold schwarzenegger during his prime was big and strong, however if you put him against someone who is physically inferior, like Bruce Lee, he would still lose. Wonder Woman is more skilled then Kal, and would, in a non PIS fight, deflect and block all his punches. She would land punches in places where it counts. People just hate the idea of precious Superman losing.

Skill can only go so much and she is trained in a old fighting style ( Greco-Roman). If Superman completely let go or he be trained by someone with more fighting knowledge like say Batman then WW would lose.
@superguy1591: Wonder Woman can't beat him because the actual comics show Superman to beat her and overpower her, simply put he's DC's top dog - she's skilled, but against Superman it never gives her an edge. I can currently think of 5 instances of him showing superiority. By that logic, Supergirl was more skilled than Superman in Pre-52 canon but she was never shown to be above him either.
Oh, and Batman >>>>>> Wonder Woman in skill. Batman's a monster in the skill department, Wonder Woman isn't.
I honestly think going by portrayal, characters like Black Adam seem moreso above Superman because he's written to be, while Wonder Woman should be she really isn't when it comes to writing them together.
