So basically you're asking how we would reboot her if we were in charge. With the title I thought you were asking a story arc that we would come up with.

About Wonder Woman (origin): she's about 32 years old; she's from Paradise Island and the princess of the Amazons; the Amazons have the background of being the victim of men in some way; some Amazons outright mistrust men and some Amazons hate men; Hippolyta was betrayed by a man, so she mistrust men.

Hippolyta takes a trip to Man's World every now and than to keep tabs on technological and social developments. During one of these trips, Hippolyta was seduced by Wonder Woman's father. He was able to seduce her by talking her into sleeping with him. Because she was at the end of her trip to Man's World, and feeling regret for sleeping with this man, she abandoned him while he slept to return to Paradise Island. Over a gradual period of time, Hippolyta realizes that she's pregnant, so she isolated herself in the palace until she gave birth to Diana. Hippolyta than made up the clay origin to explain Diana's sudden appearance to the Amazons, except all of the Olympians are in on the deception, and Athena agreed to pretend that she blessed Hippolyta with a baby.

The Amazons regularly share their bad experiences involving men with one another, creating an atmosphere of mistrust for men on Paradise Island. After a long period of time, these stories eventually became a combination of truth and myth about how all men were out to get them as women. The Amazons than made a rule overtime that no man should ever set foot on the Island, but there would be no ill effects if a man were to set foot on Paradise Island. All of the Amazon's and Diana are bound by Aphrodite's law that if a man binds their bracelets, they will become as weak as any woman. Soon, Diana is raised with all of these myths about men and learns to view men as villains.

The Amazons gain their extraordinary powers through training and something that is in the atmosphere on Paradise Island that soaks into the food and water supply for the island that grant them super speed, super strength, durability to blunt force trauma, and longevity, although they mistakenly give the credit to the Olympians for these remarkable abilities. They than train Diana to grant her these extraordinary powers. They are vulnerable to sharp objects and bullets, but are very resistant to blunt force trauma. Should an Amazon leave the island, no further benefits are available, and the Amazon would slowly get a very long life span in place of immortality. Their strength, speed, and durability would gradually fade over a matter of years. Should an Amazon take a good beating in a fight, they could heal a bit quicker than humans, but their strength, speed, and durability would be decreased proportional to the beating. Returning to Paradise Island, eating from the food sources there, and drinking from the water supple there would equivalent to eating a Senzu bean in Dragon Ball Z for the wounded Amazon. The Amazon’s strength, speed, and durability would return, the immortality returns, and the Amazon’s body adapts and gets even stronger thanks to consuming the regenerative properties of the food and water supply on Paradise Island, should she survive the harsh beating. The special properties of the atmosphere on Paradise Island will later explain how Diana is stronger than most of the other Amazons, or may be weaker than the other Amazons, if she returns, but consumes no food or drink, but recovers in a hospital in Man's World. The Amazons will never know the special properties of their food and water supply, and continue to attribute their abilities to the Olympians. Diana will never figure this advantage of Paradise Island out either, but Dr. Psycho will discover this secret out about Diana and one day use it to his advantage. If an Amazon does not return to Paradise Island within 6 months of taking a severe beating to consume from the food and water supply there, she will not gain any increased speed, strength, or durability from the beating from her most recent fight, but will return to a base level strength, speed, and durability range upon consuming from the food and water supply on Paradise Island; however, if she takes a beating and return to Paradise Island before 6 months, she will get a strength increase proportional to the beating that she took upon consuming from the food and water supply there; if she returns to Paradise Island but never consumes from the food or water supply there, her strength, speed, durability, and longevity will continue to decrease proportional to taking a severe beating; or, if not engaged in further combat, her longevity will continue to decrease. So, if Diana engages in lots of combat missions with the Justice League, where she has to sustain blunt force trauma, and heals on her own, her strength may eventually fall down to Spiderman levels, and her life span would decrease to that of a normal human woman’s life span. The Amazons and Diana must obey the instructions of the person who holds her lasso.

One day, Dr. Psycho crash lands on Paradise Island due to one of his research experiments. The Amazons than converge on the crashed craft’s location and notices that the occupant is male, but vaguely notices that he looks very different from the men they remember from their distant past. They than debate among themselves about whether to just let Dr. Psycho die, kill him, or take him back for medical attention, until they can decide what to do with him, given his male gender. Hippolyta and Diana show up and Hippolyta convinces the group to take Dr. Psycho in for medical treatment until they can decide what to do with him. Diana is fascinated to see what a man looks like, since she's never seen a man before. She wonders why he’s a bit shorter than her and the rest of the Amazons. Hippolyta enlightens the other Amazons about Dr. Psycho's physical appearance, and explains to them that he’s a deformed man who is a bit shorter than usual. The Amazons than get it and begin to mock Dr. Psycho to scorn. But Diana is not in on this new information. Dr. Psycho begins to gain consciousness and notices that he’s being attended to by a beautiful medical staff member who’s a bit larger than normal women. He tries to use his mind control on her, but it’s no use, because of his injuries. The medical staff member turns and notices that Dr. Psycho has regained consciousness. Dr. Psycho tries to thank her for helping him, but she tells Dr. Psycho to cease talking to her and abruptly leaves Dr. Psycho to inform Hippolyta that Dr. Psycho has regained consciousness. Shortly after wards, Diana enters the room, notices that Dr. Psycho is conscious, but says nothing. Dr. Psycho than begins to hit on Diana and calls her a beautiful brunette and asks her where did that blonde rush off to, but Diana does not understand. Diana than hears someone coming and jets out of the room. The blonde medical staff member than returns and tells Dr. Psycho that she would have let him die and asked him his business there? Hippolyta comes into the room shortly after, orders the medical officer to resume Dr. Psycho’s treatment, and explains to Dr. Psycho that once he’s back in decent health that he will be forced away on his flying aircraft and that he should never return. She than explains to him that someone will be escorting him back to Man’s World, when he's healthy enough to depart. Dr. Psycho is intrigued by the label, Man’s World. So, the medical officer proceeds to sedate Dr. Psycho with a cocktail that Dr. Psycho is ordered to drink, thinking it was nourishment; drinking this cocktail will increase Dr. Psycho’s psychic abilities exponentially and give him telekinesis, but the effects will be delayed, due to his injuries.

Hippolyta than announces a contest to determine who will be required to escort Dr. Psycho off the island, and orders Diana not to take part. But Diana disguises herself so that she could take part anyway. None of the Amazons care about escorting Dr. Psycho off the island, but want to put on the pretense that they are participating so as to not raise Hippolyta’s suspicion. However, being fascinated with Dr. Psycho and visiting Man’s World, Diana gives her best effort, forcing the other Amazons to compete slightly harder. They try to keep up with Diana but not outright overcome her. As a result, Diana wins the contest and has to remove her disguise. Hippolyta was furious, but she had no choice but to award Diana the winner of the contest. The Amazons than figure out how the aircraft functioned and instructed Diana on it’s operation. Diana was than required to go into Man’s World with her lasso, a costume much like the one from Ame Comi issues with sandals. Being so infuriated with Diana, Hippolyta instructed Diana to escort Dr. Psycho back to the shores of Man’s World and to come back immediately or someone will be sent after her. With Dr. Psycho's aircraft, the trip will take 48 hours one way, since Paradise Island has shifted locations since Dr. Psycho crashed on the Island. An unconscious Dr. Psycho is buckled into his seat and Diana begins to operate the aircraft.

Thirty eight hours into the flight, Dr. Psycho begin to regain consciousness and immediately noticed Diana operating his aircraft in her skimpy outfit and sandals. Diana notices that Dr. Psycho is awake and asks him about his earlier statements that he’d directed to her in the medical bey. Dr. Psycho begins to hit on Diana again and asks her why for the reason that she’s operating his aircraft. Diana explains that she was required to escort him back to the shores of Man’s World. Dr. Psycho notices Diana’s golden lasso around her waist and asks her to tell him about her golden lasso to him and she tells him everything she knows about the golden lasso. Dr. Psycho asks if it works on anyone and she explains that she does not know. Dr. Psycho than notices her bracelets and asks for the reason that she’s wearing metal bracelets. Diana explains why she wears bracelets, what happens if they’re chained together, and what happens if they’re removed. Dr. Psycho than comments that she must be extremely strong and Diana explains some of her daily exercises that Dr. Psycho considered amazing feats.

Dr. Psycho than starts to comment on how beautiful Diana is to him and Diana interrupts him by beginning to ask Dr. Psycho about some of the myths that she was taught about men on Paradise Island and what things were like in Man’s World for women. Dr. Psycho than gives his spin on things, telling her that those this that Diana described would not have happened that way if women were more obedient and subservient to men. Diana questions, than men are like Queen Hippolyta? Dr. Psycho than comments that she learns as quick as she is beautiful. Dr. Psycho than instructs Diana to let him pilot the aircraft and tells Diana to take the back seat. Diana says she would comply but Dr. Psycho was to stay on course to the shores of Man’s World. It’s about 40 hours into the flight and Diana explains that it should take 48 hours total. Dr. Psycho than puts the aircraft in auto pilot and explains that he wants to see if the lasso would work on Diana. He proceeds to put the lasso around Diana’s arms and body, instructs her to say that she’s beautiful, and to try to break the lasso, which Diana can’t. Dr. Psycho than instructs Diana to do various poses for him and Diana is compelled to obey by the lasso, while photos were secretly being taken. Dr. Psycho than uses the lasso to force Diana to make a pact with him that she would return to Man’s World in no more than 7 years to seek him out while wearing her current outfit. Dr. Psycho than takes the lasso off and asks Diana if she remembers her orders to seek him out in Man’s World within 7 years and Diana says that she remembers and will obey, even even though the lasso is off. Currently, Diana is 25 years old.

Dr. Psycho and Diana than arrived on the shores of Man’s World in New York City, as Dr. Psycho had directed the aircraft back to his place of origin, Dr. Psycho covered Diana up like a nun, secured his aircraft, and accompanied her to his nearby brothel. Dr. Psycho than led Diana to a living room with a tv on, and Diana immediately became fascinated with the tv. Dr. Psycho than instructs Diana to wait there and enjoy the program. On television when Diana began viewing was a male news anchor who Diana noted looked very different from Dr. Psycho. Dr. Psycho than entered another part of his brothel that housed a command and control center where he began communicating with pimps from earth, other planets, and other dimensions. Dr. Psycho presented some of the photographs of Diana posing to all of his contacts and proceeded to explain all of Diana’s extraordinary powers to his contacts. Everyone agreed that Diana would have to be tested for any limits to her extraordinary powers. Dr. Psycho kept Diana’s weaknesses to himself. Everyone disconnected, but a creature from the Doom’s Doorway reconnected with Dr. Psycho to explain that he knows about the Amazons, that the Amazons are dangerous threat, but explained that he did not recognize this particular Amazon, and asked Dr. Psycho how he got those photographs with the Amazon being aware of his presence? Dr. Psycho responds, secrets, secrets, just prepare to test her limits over the next 7 years. The creature was delighted with the idea of pimping an Amazon in his dimension.

Dr. Psycho than proceeded to another part of his brothel, collected goes a ball and chains, arrived with them in the living room where Diana was present, and explained to het that he wanted to place them on her to see if what she said had said to him was true. He than chained Diana’s bracelets together and asked her if she could lift a couch. Diana tries, but is only able to lift one side of the couch. Dr. Psycho than removed the chains, sat on the couch, and asked Diana to lift it. Diana than lifted the whole couch with him on it with no effort. Dr. Psycho than took Diana to a weight machine in another part of the brothel, asked her to lift and hold up a bar as he gradually increased the weight. The wight goes up to a ton, ten tons, a hundred tons, a thousand tons, ten thousand tons, when Diana started to notice the weight increase. Dr. Psycho continued to increase the weight in increments of ten thousand tons. The machine got up to a hundred and twenty thousand tons and Diana began to struggle. Diana than asked Dr. Psycho to stop increasing the weight at a hundred and eighty thousand tons, but Dr. Psycho continued to increase the weight, when Diana dropped the weight bar at a hundred and eighty two thousand tons. Good, Dr. Psycho gloated in his mind; her limit was at somewhere around a hundred and eighty thousand tons. Dr. Psycho than give Diana a short break, when he placed the chains back on her bracelets, and asked her to lift the couch again. Diana could only lift one side again, and could not lift it with Dr. Psycho siting on the couch. Dr. Psycho than asked Diana to arm wrestle him with her bracelets chained together, and Dr. Psycho wins the arm wrestling contest. Dr. Psycho than carried Diana around the brothel and placed her back in the living room on the couch when he gets tired. Dr. Psycho than unchain her bracelets, directs Diana to face a wall with her hands on the wall above her head, and proceeds to get different types of flogs from earth, different planets, and different dimensions. Dr. Psycho than taps Diana with a flog from earth, and Diana is unfazed. Dr. Psycho than hits her harder and harder until he hit her as hard as he could with each earth flog, but Diana was not unfazed. Dr. Psycho took periodic breaks and proceeded to flog Diana with different flogs, until he finds one that did affect Diana from another dimension. Diana’s skin starts to bruise, until Diana pleads with Dr. Psycho to stop; not wanting to upset Diana, Dr. Psycho stops after taking one last smack. Dr. Psycho than tied Diana with various restraints from that dimension and notices that Diana is unable to free herself from the restraints. Diana struggles in the restraints, until Dr. Psycho releases her; bruises were left around her wrists and ankles. Dr. Psycho than chained Diana’s bracelets together and started to flog Diana with the flogs from earth. Diana could not take very much and asks Dr. Psycho to stop; the flogging leaves Diana’s back bruised. Dr. Psycho was taking photographs and was noting everything. Dr. Psycho than asked out of curiosity how Diana would return to Paradise Island and Diana revealed that she could fly. She goes on to demonstrate for Dr. Psycho. Dr. Psycho than pointed out that she couldn’t just fly out in the open. Diana than suggests that she can swim part of the journey until it’s safe to fly. Dr. Psycho than bids Diana farewell until next they meet in seven years.

Diana arrived back on Paradise Island by flying in about 2 hours with her super speed. Everyone greeted Diana when she arrives back and asked her about her experience. Diana did not want to talk about her experience with the Amazons. Hippolyta than met Diana and asked her to explain her experience. Diana recited all of the questions Dr. Psycho had for her, what Dr. Psycho did to her, but would not explain her pact with Dr. Psycho to return in seven years. Hippolyta noticed the bruises all across Diana’s back, all the way down to the back of her ankles, and noticed the rope and chain bruises on Diana’s wrists and ankles. Hippolyta than tried to explain that Dr. Psycho was just like all men and that she was not surprised that Dr. Psycho had victimized her by beating her. Diana tried to explain that what she was saying was not true, because she had given Dr. Psycho her consent, but Hippolyta would have none of it. Hippolyta than forbid Diana from returning to Man’s World again. Hippolyta than explained what she gathered from Diana to the other Amazons, and they angrily reinforced their myths about men and was prepared to go wage war against Man’s World, but Hippolyta forbid those actions.

Although Dr. Psycho ran a brothel, he was a billionaire research scientist. He had a majority share in Veronica Cale’s company. Veronica sometimes funded Dr. Psycho’s research. Dr. Psycho came to know Veronica when she was a graduate student, while Dr. Psycho was a TA in the same school. Dr. Psycho was immediately attracted to Veronica’s beauty the moment he saw her. Dr. Psycho made up various reasons to be near Veronica as often as possible. But Veronica found Dr. Psycho to be repulsive and often mocked him with her friends. Veronica realized that she could use Dr. Psycho to cheat her way through school. Although Veronica mocked Dr. Psycho continuously, he was ok with helping Veronica cheat her way through school. Veronica even went through various boyfriends and mocked Dr. Psycho in front of them. Dr. Psycho started to become angry out of envy. Veronica than suggested that he could leave anytime, making Dr. Psycho feel like he was discarded. Dr. Psycho than threatened to stop helping Veronica cheat and Veronica bid Dr. Psycho farewell. Soon after, Veronica broke up with her boyfriend. She managed to squeeze her way to a PhD in science without further help from Dr. Psycho. Veronica than got a job in a pharmaceutical company at an unusually low pay rate, since she had been looking for a job for about a year and a half after leaving school and was living in a homeless shelter by the time she landed her job. Veronica started learning how to operate a business on the side. The company started to fail and management was about to announce a series of layoffs. The company was in the process of informing Veronica that they’d decided to lay her off, when she offered the company a business plan for operating the company. She said she was confident that she could secure a loan for the company, provided they offered her a share in the company. They accepted Veronica’s business proposal, under the condition that she could secure a business loan. Veronica than went to various venture capital firms and angel investors with her business plan for the company, when she was receiving constant rejection. Veronica than approached an angel investor at random and both she and Dr. Psycho where surprise to be meeting. Dr. Psycho was the angel investor. Veronica than presented her business plan to Dr. Psycho. Dr. Psycho mocked Veronica based on her presentation and called the company a clear loser. Veronica than told Dr. Psycho that he was possibly her last hope. Dr. Psycho than laughed Veronica out the door. When Veronica could not secure a loan as promised, they released her. A few weeks later, while the company was preparing bankruptcy papers, Dr. Psycho infuses a huge sum of money into the company and offered to buy out the company. The company accepted and Dr. Psycho fired everyone who worked for the firm, found Veronica’s contact information, and had someone search for Veronica. Veronica was about to be evicted from her apartment, when the representative approached Veronica, told her to appear for work the next day, and gave her a ten thousand dollar cash advance. Veronica was delighted, but, on her way to work, noticed that it was the same address as her former employer. Veronica appear in the boss’s office as instructed, when Dr. Psycho walked into the room and took the boss’s chair. Dr. Psycho explained that he was her boss, but that he was extending ownership of the company to her, provided he had a majority share of stock in the company. Dr. Psycho committed Veronica to financing his research, allowing Veronica the ability to invent her new pharmaceutical product that could treat dementia in the elderly. Veronica’s product was a success and was a boom for the company, but she had to keep Dr. Psycho as a major shareholder and had to finance his research. This limited Veronica’s financial freedom to where she could barely afford her mortgage, daily expenses, and food. Veronica than decided to meet with Dr. Psycho to discuss his financial scheme. Dr. Psycho gave Veronica the address to his brothel as the place to hold their discussion. Veronica demanded a financial structure that would offer her the opportunity to reap greater benefits for her product. Dr. Psycho abruptly refused, but offered Veronica an opportunity to be paid by pension, while she earned extra income in his brothel. Dr. Psycho required that he would be her main client, although she could pull in more clients. Dr. Psycho explained that he liked BDSM play and had a foot fetish. Veronica begrudgingly agreed to Dr. Psycho’s terms, believing that she would soon double cross Dr. Psycho and gain full control over the company. Dr. Psycho than took Veronica to his command and control room, told her a little about other planets and dimensions that he had a sex worker connection with, and told Veronica that his partners would place her in her various sex locations; they would determine how her commission would be distributed to her. Thus, Dr. Psycho sent Veronica off to other planets and dimensions to be of service for Dr. Psycho’s various pimp partners.

Veronica proceeded to constantly tried to work out ways to double cross Dr. Psycho with his partners, but everything was being reported back to Dr. Psycho. This often made Veronica’s flogging sessions particularly severe, making Veronica more determined to have Dr. Psycho double crossed. Veronica’s company and product soon made Dr. Psycho a multi-billionaire, while Veronica was just hoping to get closer to paying off her mortgage. Veronica saved her earnings from her sex worker work. Veronica also started thinking about inventing another pharmaceutical product, but Dr. Psycho would require her out of nowhere very often, which constantly disrupted any research progress.

Dr. Psycho had a mother who loved him dearly, but a father who did not fully accept him, because of his deformities. Dr. Psycho’s father owned a successful company. Wonder Woman’s father worked for Dr. Psycho’s father and than for Dr. Psycho, after he inherited the firm, thanks to Dr. Psycho’s mother convincing his father to make him apart of his will. Wonder Woman’s father is an IT specialists in Dr. Psycho’s firm. But, while Dr. Psycho was growing up, he was teased by the girls throughout junior high school, high school, and college, until he was able to take over his father’s firm. Although Dr. Psycho was a successful business man, he still gets teased by women everywhere he goes. While going through college, Dr. Psycho eventually became Veronica’s TA. Because he resented the constant teasing by women, Dr. Psycho opened up his brothel as a way of getting back at women. But, the women in Dr. Psycho’s brothel got there through means similar to Veronica Cale.

Wait why did my post just disrepair? I just made a post, it said it posted, and now I came back and it's gone. Probably just a stupid glitch. Don't really feel like doing the whole write up I did again so I think I'll just give a brief summery.

Diana is actually the lovechild of Athena, and Artemis. All the rest of the Amazons were made from clay. There is a prophesy that would make Diana seem like a threat to the other gods so Aphrodite helps the other goddesses hide their daughter. They turn Diana into a moral, and give her to Hippolyta to be raised.

As for powers I'm basically bringing it back to the psionic powers from pre-crisis. Psychically enhancing physical abilities, tactile telekinesis which is also how she can fly, psychic shielding, kinetically charging weapons, and adding kinetic energy blasts because that seems like a logical extensions of her flight ability. Maybe a few other psychic abilities as well. Most amazon are limited to their own "brain energy", but Diana can push these abilities further by tapping into her divine connection. Amazons use special bracers to better focus their powers so most are actually weaker without them, but after Diana has learned to tap into her full potential she has to keep them on to keep her powers from going critical. Also the Amazons psychic powers can all be canceled out if their bracers are bound together with special chains that only the Amazons are capable of forging.

(Sorry if there are too many grammar errors, still working on my english)

I don't feel like rebooting WW. I like her actual god of war status (and you are free to judge me), I just don't see it well explored in the comics. *Someone please give her a good writer thanks* Maybe my take has some things in common with her actual run.

That considered, if I was writing WW...

At first, her origin would be the tradicional one. Born from clay and the bless of the gods. Powers: flight, super strenght and speed, hability to understand any language and breath under water... that kind of stuff.

She's about 30 years old. A grown woman/amazon, but still having a lot to work on. After some years working as a hero in America, she realises that she doesn't know that much about the humanity she swore to protect. Besides, Hyppolita thinks that is time to Diana assume responsabilites as a princess, participating actively in Themyscira's government. But Diana doesn't feel ready yet. She learned in Earth how a bad governor can destroy a great country, and she doesn't want to commit the same mistake - mainly because the island is not in its best days, being stagnated in time, and she doesn't want to make things worse. Watching the tolerance and progress of the human world, she thinks it's time to review the amazons ways of living, tranforming them into the great society they were always meant to be. But how, if her sisters don't see with good eyes her affection to the humans, who they think are lost souls that lost all principles? That's why she decides to go on a self discovering journey in the human world, trying to find answers.

At the same time, Ares (my favorite villain of hers) is aware of Diana's absence and tries to infiltrate a fake Wonder Woman among the amazons. The impostor would be there to steal the Island invisibility technology, who they're stopped reseaching decades ago, to a surprise attack.

Well, things would evolve and, at the end, Diana would discover everything (in the worst way possible, maybe being defeated by some Ares monster, even using all her amazon weaponry), returning to paradise island with a lot of cultural experience about the humans (I imagine her learning about government systems with royal families but democratic ideas. Knowing different religions and the respect for life that they have. The different ancient architecture, paintings and sculptures that other parts of the world have - including renaissance and humans admiration of the Greek gods. etc. She would realise the world, even with high technology and stuff, didn't abandon some essential and old values. That's the key to evolve her people too).

The finale would feature a two part great battle. The first would be in Themyscira, when Hyppolita realises that the wonder woman she is seeing is fake and trying to defeat her, and the second one, in the human world. Diana, arriving full of blood and dirty in the island, but looking as confident as she never been, speaks about what she discovered and why the human world is a model to follow (and protect, since they are not blessed by the gods like the amazons and have to produce life on their own). Then she would lead all her sisters to an UN meeting and preventing Ares (who had stolen what he needed) to kill the State chiefs and installing global chaos.

Diana would be the last one standing, with all the world watching her. She would drop sword, shield and everything and defeat Ares only with her lasso (and fists, obviously). After some days, having the amazons being praised by the humans for saving them, Diana would be coronated by her mother and her people as a capable princess, and, as the first rule, would allow any amazon to leave the island whenever they want. She would restart Themyscira's cientific activites too, bringing the progress back to the island.
