Binding her bracelets wouldn't do anything to her, since the late 70's and the lasso of truth responds to none but its owner. Batman could perhaps beat Wonder Woman in her sleep with a crazy ass plot device.
It's ahrd to see any way that Batman could beat her. In JL: Doom and in Tower of Babel he came up with plans to beat her but the only reasons those worked was because the writers had some pretty fundamental misunderstanding of her personality.
