Why didn't Uatu showed up when Storm and BP fought on AvX?

During the wedding of Storm and Black Panther, Uatu the Watcher showed up. There was a significance as to why Uatu was there.

If Uatu showed up during their fight, the result could have been different. Well, usually, when talking about having children, even a guy's tough heart softens.

Or when Black Panther was thinking about nullifying the marriage, Uatu would have showed up and reminded him of the astonishing destiny of their children right?

Because nobody, Uatu included, gives a flying f*ck about Storm and Black Panther having marital issues.

It made no sense for these two characters to be married, based on Geography alone.

He's the king of an African nation, which dictates he's going to spend a lot of his time there. She's a prominent member and leader of the X-Men which requires her to stick to the US. So how was this ever going to work out unless one of them resigned from their job?

Well, you've got a point.

Because he wasn't there for the marriage of Storm and Panther. He was there to watch the beginning of the end. Both of them are fairly major figures in the Marvel U. Maybe he wasn't there to celebrate their marriage, but what will come after their divorce? Perhaps in anger about what happened to Wakanda in AVX, T'Challa will lead them into isolation from the outside world, cutting them off. Storm goes into calm him, she gets knocked out and sent back to New York as a message to leave Wakanda alone, threatening war if anyone comes in again. Naturally, the Avengers get sent in, T'Challa declares war, and displays his vibranium arsenal, leading to the United States making an ally of Doctor Doom's latverian resources in exchange for giving him a share of any potential vibranium and this is starting to turn into a wild speculative rant that has no supporting facts so I'm going to be quiet now sorry for wasting your time.

As for the children, that's probably Uatu just screwing with 'em to keep from getting nullified. He doesn't see time like we do, he perceives all possible futures and the present as simultaneous, not in a linear fashion. So he may not necessarily be lying, they may have some incredible kids in A future. Just not necessarily THIS future.

maybe because the Phoenix is on Earth and that's a little more important than Storm and BP breaking up

Perhaps Storm is pregnant?

Perhaps he wasnt there because Marvel made huge mess of the marriage
